MetaCopyTrade เป็นแพลตฟอร์มการคัดลอกการเทรดฟรี โดย MetaCopyTrade แต่ละบัญชีสามารถเชื่อมต่อกับบัญชีการเทรดอื่นได้ หรือที่เรียกว่าการเทรด Mirror หรือ ForexCopy บริการ Social Trading นี้ไม่ได้จำกัดเฉพาะโบรกเกอร์บางรายเท่านั้น แต่โบรกเกอร์ทั้งหมดในโลกที่ใช้แพลตฟอร์มการซื้อขาย MetaTrader 4/5 สามารถใช้แพลตฟอร์มคัดลอกการซื้อขายนี้ได้

กิจกรรมนี้เรียกว่า Copy Trading เป็นกระบวนการที่หากฝ่ายที่ 1 ทำธุรกรรมหรือซื้อขาย ฝ่ายที่ 2 จะทำตามโดยเริ่มจากคำสั่งเปิด แก้ไขคำสั่ง และปิดคำสั่ง
